| Abstract: | Based on the three correspondence colleges adult students ＂learning＂ investigation this paper analyses correspondence students＇ learning situation, ability level, psychological needs and behavior, and combining with ＂learning evaluation of teaching and school management present situation,＂ empirically analysed the problems existing in the management, forming conclusions and management suggestions. |
