废铅酸蓄电池回收再生过程污染源分析及节能减排技术

摘    要:废铅酸蓄电池既是危险废物,对人类和环境造成危害,又是不可缺少的再生资源,与原生铅相比,生产成本降低38%左右;节约能源25.1%~ 31.4%,通过对废铅酸蓄电池再生过程污染源进行分析,使再生铅生产企业更加关注污染源,从根本上治理污染.通过对节能减排技术的介绍,以便增强对节能减排技术了解和应用.

Abstract:Waste lead acid storage battery is not only a dangerous waste that do harm to human and environment,but also an indispensable recycling resource.In contrast to the original lead,energy resource is saved by 25.1%~31.4%,and the production cost is reduced by 38% approximately.The analysis to the pollution sources of recycling process for waste lead acid storage battery resources was made in order to make the production enterprises pay more attention to the pollution sources and throughly treat with pollution.The energy-saving and discharge-reduction technologies were introduced to understand and apply the technologies.
