| 摘 要： | 本文分析了勤工助学活动与解决农村贫困大学生就业难的内在联系，并以笔者所在学校为例，分析勤工助学管理面临的主要困难及原因，讨论了如何以提升贫困大学生就业能力为导向来统筹勤工助学管理制度改革，最后提出了相应建议。
