| 摘 要： | 区域创新系统由创新机构、创新资源、中介服务和管理系统构成,具有推动区域产业结构升级、形成区域核心竞争力,实现区域经济的跨越式发展的功能.目前,我国区域创新体系的发展存在市场环境、投资环境、区域制度环境的障碍,应加强政府宏观调控,完善市场机制,提高系统自身创新能力.

| Abstract: | Regional creation system consists of creative agency. creative resources, intermediary agency and management system. It has the functions of promoting the upgrade of regional industry structure.forming regional core competitive capacity and realizing the development of regional economy. At present .there are problems exist in the development of our regional creation system, such as marketing environment .inestment environment .and regional system environment. We should strengthen the macro regulation .perfect market mechanism and promote system itself creative ability. |
