房地产企业品牌运营探究

摘    要:房地产市场已从需求型向改善型转变,且其项目规划的同质性程度也日益提高;2004年10月29日的银行加息表明了房地产市场在呼唤品牌企业。而打造诚信、突出特色的营销策划和适时的宣传是房地产企业在市场上进行品牌运营的三个重要方面。

Abstract:Real estate market has changed from the demand type to the improving type already not merely,the homogeneity degree of project planning of the real estate market improves day by day.In addition the bank for October 29,2004 increases the interest,shows the real estate market calling brand enterprises.And there are three important respects which real estate enterprises carry on that run on the market to make sincerity,stress characteristic marketing plan and timely propaganda.
