个体內隐知识的测量方法研究

本文首先介绍了不同学者对于内隐知识概念的理解,然后介绍了目前有关内隐知识的结构维度和不同分类方法,接着对目前国内外主要采用的内隐知识测量研究方法——开发内隐知识量表和模糊综合评判两种方法进行了着重介绍,分析了各自的测量程序,并且还对开发量表中的构建因果图示的过程、Self-Q和半结构化访谈的技术以及模糊综合评判中设立评价指标的方法进行了介绍。在介绍完这些方法之后,文章对目前有关内隐知识的测量研究成果和不足进行了总结,从而为今后有关内隐知识的实证研究提供了一些建议。

A Research on Individual's Tacit Knowledge Measurement

Firstly,this paper introduced different scholars’ understanding about the meaning of tacit knowledge,secondly it introduced some different categories and structures of tacit knowledge,then it emphatically introduced the method about measuring tacit knowledge inside and outside-developing a tacit knowledge measurement scale and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analysised the procedure about the two method,and still introduced the method about constructing Causal Maps,the technical about Self-Q and Semi-structured interviews,as well as the method about how to set up evaluation index system in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.After this,this paper summarized the achievements and deficiency about tacit knowledge measurement in order to provide some suggestions about the empirical study of tacit knowledge in the future.
