The procurement cost of materials and equipment of Electromechanical project accounts for about 60%of the total investment of the project,which is the main source of the benefits of Electromechanical project.The procurement quality of materials and equipment for electromechanical projects does not meet the standards and specifications,the procurement cost is high,and the supply of materials and equipment is not timely,which will bring unpredictable economic and security risks to the procurement link.Based on this,from the perspective of material and equipment procurement of electromechanical projects,this paper establishes a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system by reading a large number of documents,and uses AHP rough set method to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis,so as to obtain the comprehensive weight coefficient of materials and equipment of electromechanical projects.
