With the development of social economy,the construction industry has also made great progress.At present,the development scale of the construction industry is increasing and the complexity of the structure has made great changes in the construction civil engineering.Therefore,the construction of civil engineering has been strengthened.On-site management is very important.However,in the management of civil engineering construction site,due to the influence of objective factors on it,there are many problems in actual management,which have a direct impact on the quality of civil engineering construction.Based on this,the paper analyzes the content of civil engineering project management.Some common problems are summarized,and corresponding optimization measures are proposed,hoping to be helpful to relevant engineering construction personnel.
