浅谈关键链技术在电厂大修进度管理中的应用

摘    要:关键链技术是项目进度管理中的约束理论在实际应用上的延伸,其在项目进度管理中的重点是管理项目缓冲中的瓶颈,把有限资源作为影响工程进度的首要因素进行处理。本文以项目进度关键链中的缓冲区管理为研究对象,针对电厂大修进度管理模式提出了将网络计划技术与关键链理论相结合,设计出基于关键链的缓冲机制,大大改善电厂检修进度的管理模式。

Abstract:Critical chain technology is an extension of the theory of constraints in project schedule management in practical applications.Its focus in project schedule management is to manage bottlenecks in project buffering,and to deal with limited resources as the primary factor affecting project progress.Taking the buffer management in the critical chain of project schedule as the research object,this paper proposes a combination of network planning technology and critical chain theory for the management mode of power plant overhaul schedule,and designs a buffer mechanism based on critical chain,which greatly improves the management of power plant maintenance schedule.
