摘    要:输变电工程造价管理对于电网投资效益具有重要的意义。目前对输变电工程造价管理工作成效的评价往往依靠主观判断,缺乏一种客观、准确的评价方法,为此,本文针对输变电工程造价管理成效开展评价研究。首先运用德尔菲法、层次分析法分析输变电工程造价管理的影响因素,建立综合评价指标;其次,基于模糊优选模型建立造价管理成效评价模型;最后,运用上述评价体系对某110千伏输变电工程的造价管理成效进行评价。研究成果可以为输变电工程造价管理评价工作提供一种客观、科学的方法,有利于提高造价管理的精益化水平。

Abstract:The cost management of power transmission and transformation projects is of great significance to the investment efficiency of power grids.At present,the evaluation of the cost management of power transmission and transformation projects often relies on subjective judgments,and there is no objective and accurate evaluation method.Firstly,the Delphi method and AHP are used to analyze the influencing factors of cost management of power transmission and transformation projects,and a comprehensive evaluation index is established;secondly,a cost management effectiveness evaluation model is established based on the fuzzy optimization model;Evaluate the effectiveness of cost management of electrical engineering.The research results can provide an objective and scientific method for the evaluation of power transmission and transformation project cost management,which is beneficial to improve the lean level of cost management.
