| Abstract: | As an important part of the world hotels, American and European hotels have unique features in service facility and management because of their history and culture. Through a systematic analysis of the cultural background, architecture styles and business traits of American and European hotels, the paper puts forward some positive suggestions and measures for the levelopment of Chinese hotels. |
