摘    要:低压无功补偿对于电力需求侧管理的节能降耗以及智能电网的最后一公里建设都起着非常重要的作用。目前低压无功补偿的投切主要采用接触器、晶闸管和复合开关技术,其中接触器不能实现过零投切,晶闸管和复合开关虽然都能过零投切,但晶闸管成本太高,运行中功耗也较高,而复合开关可靠性相对较差。介绍了一种融合了晶闸管和复合开关优点的同步开关技术,采用预先判断的控制策略应用于双过零执行模块,从而实现低成本、高可靠性低压无功补偿的快速投切。实验波形也证实了该技术的准确性和实用性。

A Synchronous Switching Technology Used for Low-voltage Reactive Power Compensation
Abstract:Low voltage reactive compensation is very important to the energy-saving and cost-reducing of power demand side management,and for the last kilometer of the smart grid construction. Currently the switch components of low-voltage reactive power compensation are mainly adopted by contactors,thyristors and composite switches. Contactors can't be achieved zero voltage switching. Although thyristors and composite switching can zero switching,but the cost of thyristor is too high and the efficiency is too low,while the composite switch relatively poor reliability. This paper presents a synchronous switching technology which blends the advantages of thyristors and composite switch. This synchronous switch technology using the strategy of prejudgment applied to double zero switching execution modules,so as to realize low cost and high reliability fast switching for low-voltage reactive power compensation. Experiment Waveforms also confirmed the accuracy and usefulness of this technology.
