| 摘 要： | 文章运用结构方程的方法研究了影响劳动力流动的非金钱因素。文章首先提出问题，指出影响劳动力流动的因素除了有经济因素以外，还有教育、卫生、社会保障和基础设施等非金钱因素；接下来，通过结构方程，对中国31个行政区域影响劳动力流动的非金钱因素的具体情况进行了实证分析；最后，得到了分析的结果，文章认为，城市基础设施、教育经费的投入、以及城乡一体的社会保障体系对劳动力流动的影响呈现出正向的关系。特别是人均住宅建筑面积的提高可以极大程度的增加劳动力的流入。另一方面，劳动力流动程度的加强对劳动力进入地区的部分行业影响也大致呈现出正向的关系。劳动力大量的进入流入地，将会导致流入地劳动力要素供给增加，尤其是具有较高素质的劳动力要素流动还会增加流入地的人力资本存量，激励当地企业增加对人力资本投资，以提高企业自身劳动力的素质。
