微絮凝直接过滤工艺处理污海水的研究

摘    要:微絮凝直接过滤工艺是一种将混凝反应和截留过程集中在同一系统内同步完成的高效水处理工艺,常用于水源水和污水深度处理。通过对微絮凝直接过滤工艺的水样模拟条件和工艺条件的控制,分析了微絮凝直接过滤工艺处理污海水的可行性,在最佳工艺条件下,对CODcr、总氮、总磷的去除率分别达到了78.97%、52.08%、72.3%,与传统的生物法处理污海水技术相比较,具有耐盐度变化冲击、结构紧凑和规模小等优点。

Abstract:Micro-flocculation direct filtration process is an efficient water treatment technology that holds coagulation reaction and interception process in the same system.It′s usually used in purifying source water and sewage advanced treatment.Through controlling micro-flocculation direct filtration technical liquid sample simulation factor and technological condition,the feasibility of micro-flocculation direct filtration process in dealing with contaminated seawater was analyzed.it can wipe off CODcr,TN,TP at : 78.97% ,52.08% ,72.3% respectively under the best technological condition. Compared with traditional biology technique treatment of contaminated seawater. It has many advantages such as being able to endure the change of salinity,wellset, small scope and so on.
