人才自由流动对人才外流影响的实证研究

摘    要:在Todaro理论模型与扩展基础上,研究了人才在国内自由流动程度与人才外流之间的动态关系,得出理论命题:如果人才在国内自由流动程度提高,那么人才跨国外流将会趋于减缓;通过我国改革开放以来的经验数据进行实证研究得出,人才在国内自由流动程度与人才跨国外流二者之间呈显著负相关,理论命题得到验证。

Abstract:Based on Todaro model,the paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between free flow at home and brain drain.The paper draws a conclusion that the improvement of free flow degree at home can decrease the transnational outflow of the talents.What is more,through the experience data since the reform and opening of China,the empirical research finds that the free flow degree at home and transnational outflow of the talents is negative correlation.At a result,the empirical research is consistent with the theoret...
