| 摘 要： | 制造企业的流系统决策包括物流和物流战术决策，这些决策的制订必须以系统总成本最低为目标，制造企业物流活动各环节，各子系统的决策钷缩复杂，有的相互影响，有的具有一定的独立性，正确分析相关决策和非相关决策（独立决策）并做好相关决策的平衡和各子系统的优化工作才能从根本上降低制造企业的物流成本，挖掘企业第三利润源泉。
