| Abstract: | In this essay,after analyzing the functions of cooperatives for the agricultural sustainable development,the author indicates that cooperatives are the fundamental organizations in this development.Furthermore,the author puts forward the basic countermeasures to construct cooperatives,concerning the four constraints that they are now facing in the developing western area. |
