| 摘 要： | 文章从产业结构变化、就业结构变化及结构偏离度三方面入手,对江门产业结构和人力资源结构的现状进行分析,得出结论:江门的产业结构与人力资源的关系逐步趋向于合理发展,但就业结构明显滞后于产业结构,需要调整产业结构,加快工业化进程,为此,注意吸引人才及提升劳动力素质是必然要求。
