| Abstract: | The general procedure in criminal cases to simplify the way the trial has started,it has played a positive role he activities in the administration of justice,but because of its reform of the criminal trial of a new attempt,it will inevitably incomplete. I have made the following observations,I hope it will improve their deficiencies. |
