| 摘 要： | 在指出企业权威效率本质的基础上,对供应链中权威企业的作用进行了详细的分析。并得出拥有较强权威企业的供应链其效率一般较高,而权威较弱企业组成的供应链其效率则相应较低这一结论。另外,通过分析发现以权威企业为主形成的供应链协作关系,是一种合作性竞争关系,其基础是合作。为有效评价出供应链中的权威企业,本文根据实际情况给出了权威企业的评价维度。
