大学社会责任的确立

当前无论是社会对大学的期望还是大学自身的生存和发展,都面临着一些现实的问题。问题形成的原因以及解决方案都离不开大学社会责任因素的考量,而大学的社会属性、大学与其利益相关者间的关系以及大学所拥有的资源优势使得大学必须且能够履行和承担起应有的社会责任。针对问题和大学承担社会责任的理据所在,大学要切实担当起践行教育力的人才培养责任、践行创造力的科学研究责任、践行服务力的服务社会责任、践行凝聚力的文化传承责任和践行引领力的引领社会责任,并藉由相应的运行模式与机制来推动大学社会责任的实现。
