基于公司价值的股利理论及其政策的教学设计研究

股利政策是一个谜,财务管理理论中很多股利理论对它进行了不同解释。为了使应用型本科学生更好地理解并应用股利理论和股利政策,在基于公司价值的股利理论教学设计中,按股利支付是否与公司价值相关将股利理论进行了分类介绍。虽然每个解释都不全面,但总体上形成了相对系统的理论体系。为了使学生更生动具体地理解股利政策,文章对用友软件公司2001年至2011年的现金股利支付进行了分析,要求应用型本科学生根据股利生命周期理论进行股利政策选择,以促进公司价值增值。

Study on a Teaching Plan of Dividend Theory and Policy Based on the Value of Company

Dividend Policy is a mystery,so many theories of dividends have different interpretations on it in the financial management theory. In order for application-oriented undergraduate students to better understand and apply the theory of dividend and dividend policy, introduction to theory of dividend was classified according to whether the dividend payment is relevant to the value of the company. Ahhough each explanation is not comprehensive, but on the whole, a relatively theoretical system is formed. In order for students to understand more vivid and concrete dividend policy, Yongyou Software Company＇s cash dividend payments from 2001 to 2011 are analysed. Application--ori- ented undergraduate students are required to select the dividend policy according to the dividend life cycle theory to promote the company＇s value.
