| 摘 要： | 河北省平原区水资源短缺,土=壤水资源的数量评价对该区高效利用土壤水资源意义重大.首先定义了土壤水资源的概念,确定了土壤水资源评价分区和评价层厚度,提出了土壤水资源计算模型及各要素计算方法,并在河北省平原区进行了应用,得到了该区的土壤水资源数量.
