摘    要:应急车辆的配置是在规划阶段优化事件响应策略的重要方面,以往建立的应急车辆配置模型大都难以用于大规模的网络计算。在假设需求服从正态分布的条件下,以最小化平均反应时间为目标函数,建立了线性整数规划模型,给出了算法和算例,为公共安全设施的规划提供了一种简单可靠的方法。

Abstract:Emergency vehicle allocation plays an important role in optimal response strategies in planning period.Most former models are hard to be applied to the large-scale network.On the assumption that the demand obeys normal distribution,the author established a model and gave out the algorithm and example of it,for minimum average response time.The model is simple and reliable.
