| 摘 要： | 行政腐败最终来自社会利益分配的过程中对人类自然法的侵犯,可以说,只要存在利益的争夺,腐败现象就很难根除.行政腐败发生领域广等新特点说明中国已进入腐败的高发期.有其果,必有其因,当代中国腐败高发具有来自经济、政治等几方面的原因.

| Abstract: | Corruption phenomenon exists evrywhere and anytime in humanity history. The root-cause for adminstration corruption is that the justice ideas of humanity-Nature Law could be destroyed during the interests distribution. If only interests contending exists, corruption is hard to go away. Contemporary china has already gone into the mushrooming period of administration corruption. There are political,economic,legal,cultural and so on several causes for corruption mushrooming phenomenon in contemporary china. |
