中国汽车工业分业经营问题分析

中国汽车工业存在明显的"分业经营"问题。国内汽车生产企业长期数量过多、企业规模增长缓慢、汽车产业结构长期不能实现优化、企业创新能力长期不高等问题,均与"分业经营"存在密切的关系。要打破"分业经营"的局面,促进企业竞争和行业健康发展,必须改革汽车行业有关管理政策,实行"混业经营"。

Analysis of China automobile industry distribution operation problem

Problems of divided operations are very obvious in Chinese auto industry. Many problems, such as too many auto enterprises, small scale of auto enterprises, bad structure of auto industry, too low ability of innovation of auto enterprises, are nearly relating to divided operations. In order to resolve problems of divided operations in Chinese auto industry, accelerate competition of auto enterprises and development of auto industry, some policies must be innovated and mixed operations must be achieved.
