Study on The Development of Community Service Industry in Quanzhou city under the Construction of Learning Type Community

Since the community service industry in Quanzhou city starts late, it develops rapidly. Recently,the Government of Quanzhou city has put forward to build learning type city and learning type community. Under this background, how to further the development of community service industry? This paper firstly introduced the related concepts of learning type community and community service industry. secongdly it analysed the developmentof Quanzhou city s community service industry and it's tendency.In the end,it discusses the Strategies how to promote community service industry of Quanzhou city under the construction of learning type community.
