低碳经济背景下我国对外贸易发展模式的转变

低碳经济成为21世纪世界经济发展的一个重要趋势,这一趋势对于全球化环境中的中国经济和贸易发展提出了严峻挑战。我国传统对外贸易发展模式中以货物贸易为主的贸易结构、过于偏重加工贸易的贸易方式、以中低端制成品为基础的产品结构和过分依赖少数发达国家的市场结构在全球低碳经济潮流中显得越来越难以持续。在低碳经济的挑战面前,我国对外贸易发展模式应向进一步发展一般贸易、加工贸易本地化、扶持中小企业自主创新与出口、寻求市场多元化特别是发展东亚区内贸易等方向转变。

Transformation of China's Mode of Foreign Trade Under the Background of Low Carbon Economy

As a major development trend of world economy,low-carbon economy poses a serious challenge to China's economy as well as the trade development in the whole world.The characteristics in the traditional mode of China's foreign trade have made it difficult to sustain in the trend of global low-carbon economy.First of all,trade in goods is dominated in the trade structure.Secondly,processing trade plays an excessive role in the trade patterns.Thirdly,product structure is based on lowend products.Finally,China depends on a small number of developed countries too much in the market.In the face of lowcarbon economy,our foreign trade mode should make a few changes,such as the further development of general trade,the processing trade localization,providing enough support to SMEs for their independent innovation and diversifying our export market especially enhancing the trade relationship within the East Asian region.
