| 摘 要： | 美国是世界上公认的会展强国。会展专业教育和职业培训的健康发展,为美国会展业的高速增长提供了强有力的人力资源支持。本文在总揽美国现有的会展职业认证培训项目的基础上,对美国会展职业认证培训体系进行了分析,进而提出了中国会展职业认证培训市场存在的主要问题及发展对策。

| Abstract: | The United States is universally acknowledged as the strong MICE nation in the world from the perspective of conference,exhibition,sports and festive activities.The healthy development of MICE education and occupation training has provided strong support in human resources for the rapid growth of its MICE industry.This paper,based on the overall view of America MICE occupational accreditation training programs,makes an analysis of America training system and furthermore puts forward China's major problems and developing countermeasures. |
