地勘经济与社会经济协调发展的思考

地勘经济是社会经济的重要组成部分,两者相互依存、共同发展。地方政府应将地勘单位的服务、管理纳入地方经济的重要范畴,在政策支持、矿业权管理、干部使用等方面为地勘经济的发展创造宽松的环境条件;地勘经济要在社会经济的发展中找准位置,主动加强同地方政府的沟通联系,提高自身素质,主动服务社会。

Thoughts on the Coordinated Development between Geological Exploration Economy and Social Economy

Geological exploration economy is a major part of social economy. The both depend on each other and develop side by side. The paper introduces some specific methods for the coordinated development. It is suggested that the local government should bring the service and management of geological exploration institutions into the key category of local economy so as to create loose and comfortable environment for geological prospecting economy in terms of policy support, mining right management and application of cadres. The paper goes on to argue that geological exploration economy should clarify its position in the development of social economy. The geological prospecting institutions should actively intensify efforts to communicate with local government, improve their quality and serve the society.
