中国管理思想史研究述评

中国管理思想史研究体现在两个方面,一是管理学视角的对古代、近代和现代管理思想的专门研究,二是历史学视野的中国近代企业史研究所包含的管理思想研究。中国管理思想研究成果丰硕,其中也存在两个突出的问题,一是研究对象的含糊,二对各种管理思想之间的传承关系缺乏探究。中国管理思想史研究应与管理理论研究结合起来,在世界管理思想发展的潮流中把握中国管理思想的发展脉搏。

Review on Chinese Management Thoughts History

Studies on Chinese management thoughts history are mainly revealed from two aspects,the one is the specialization in ancient time,mix latter-daily and contemporary management thoughts in the management perspective,the other is the stud ies involved in studies on business history in the history perspective.Studies on the Chinese management thoughts history yield substantial results,however,there are two outstanding problems,one is research objects are equivocal,the other is lack of the deeper study for succession of the relationship among all kinds of management thoughts.Studies on the Chinese Manage ment thoughts history should be combined with management theory studies and the pulse of the development of Chinese manage ment thoughts history should be grasped with the development of the world history of management theories.
