| Abstract: | Commercial banks are different from other corporations.The board governance is very significant for commercial banks.This paper tends to make a research on the governance efficiency of the board in Chinese commercial banks by an empirical analysis of the listed banks,with the hope of providing theoretical references and a practical paradigm for the governance of commercial banks in China. |
