新外贸法下个人参与对外贸易的理性选择

After the amendment of Foreign Trade Law,the ways that individuals participate in foreign trade activities have been increased.It becomes a key issue for every person who wants to join in foreign trade activities that which way is the most suitable for a certain person.This article begins with the characteristics of each way,then analyses the essential condition influencing and restricting individual choices,at last points out that it is the rational choice that individuals should choose on the basis of maximizing individual benefit which also should be the final result of the individual.
