| 摘 要： | 本文从政府审计的角度,以资源环境审计定义为切入点,探讨了资源环境审计在促进转变经济发展方式中的战略定位问题,分析了资源环境审计在促进转变经济发展方式中的目标定位和作用定位、在政府审计中的定位以及与政府资源环境主管部门的关系定位,系统总结了近几年来资源环境审计实践在促进转变经济发展方式中发挥的积极作用和当前工作中存在的问题,进而提出在转变经济发展方式过程中,资源环境审计在资源开发利用、环境保护、生态建设、应对气候变化四个方面的任务,明确了保障资源环境审计为促进转变经济发展方式发挥更大作用的工作措施。
