| 摘 要： | 以2007年我国中小板217家上市公司为样本,采用多元回归分析方法,研究公司股权结构变量与企业绩效之间的关系,探求适合中小企业这一"弱势群体"的股权结构,实现中小企业的持续发展。研究发现,中小盘上市公司的股权结构指标与绩效之间呈现出较为显著的相关性,股权结构对公司的绩效产生了很大的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper selects 217 companies listed in SME board in 2007 as research samples,makes a study on the relationship between shareholding structure factors and its performance,and then attempt to Perfect shareholding structure for achieving sustained growth.The outcome indicates that the relation between shareholding structure and corporate performance is notable,its indicate that shareholding structure have great influence on performance. |
