引进型管理创新适配机理探索性案例研究

未能将创新原型真正融入组织新情境是导致我国企业大量引进型管理创新以失败告终的重要原因。因此,基于适配理论,对江西移动效率管理创新的实现过程进行探索性案例研究,研究发现,引进型管理创新的实现需要创新原型同时与组织外部和内部环境实现有效适配,其中与外部环境的适配旨在满足环境动态性需求,明确创新目标与定位;与内部环境适配则依赖系统问题诊断,强调与组织问题及根源的映射关系,旨在提出针对性创新举措。

An Exploratory Case Study on Fitting Mechanism of Adoptive Management Innovation

The poor fitting between the original innovation and the new organizational environ- ment of certain organizations seems to be a major cause of the high-rate failure of adoptive man- agement innovation in China. Therefore, based on the fitting theory, this paper adopts an explor-atory case study method to explore the whole realizing process of efficiency management innova- tion in Jiangxi Mobile. The research indicates that the realization of adoptive management innova- tion relies on how well the original innovation fits both the external and internal environment of the new organization. Fitting the external environment aims to cater for the need of environmen- tal dynamics and define the objective and position of innovation. Fitting the internal environment depends on the results of systematical problem diagnosis, and focuses on matching relationship between innovation actions and existing problems and putting forward specific innovation con- tent.
