摘    要:目的对MP感染患儿的临床表现与MP-IgM检测法、冷凝集试验法及其它实验室检验结果等相关性研究。方法对所有观察患儿均进行MP-IgM检测,对MP-IgM阳性患儿均做血液一般检查、冷凝集试验、生化测定、尿常规及细菌培养等其它实验室检查,并对实验检查结果进行分析。结果 MP-IgM阳性患儿多伴有多系统、多器官免疫损害,实验室检查异常,且与冷凝集试验相符率占69.4%。结论临床上对于持续发热、顽固性刺激性咳嗽、病程长、普通抗生素治疗症状无改善的呼吸道感染患儿,应及早进行MP-IgM检测,明确诊断,避免漏诊及延误病情。

Abstract:Objective To the clinical manifestations of children with MP infection and MP IgM test, condensation test method and other laboratory testing results of correlation research. Methods For all observed in children with MP IgM tests, all children with MP-IgM do general examination of blood, condensing set test, biochemical test, routine urine and bacterial culture,and other laboratory tests, and analyze the experimental. Results Of MP IgM children accompanied by multiple systems and organs of immune damage, abnormal laboratory tests, and consistent with condensing set test rate is 69.4%. Conclusion Clinically for sustained fever, irritating cough, long duration, refractory symptoms of common antibiotics without improving children with respiratory tract infection, should be early to MP IgM tests, a definitive diagnosis and avoid misdiagnosis and delayed the illness.
