厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的临床研究

目的观察厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压病的临床效果。方法本文选择我院门诊高血压患者148例,对148例确诊为高血压病的患者随机分为两组。治疗组用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片;对照组单用厄贝沙坦,记录患者血压,观察临床治疗疗效。结果两组患者均治疗4周、8周后,治疗组与对照组组间临床治疗效果总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;表明血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂与利尿剂联合使用能明显增强疗效。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压病安全、有效、无不良反应。

The Clinical Study of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods In this study, our hospital 148 cases of patients with hypertension, the patients were randomly divided into two groups of 148 patients diagnosed as hypertension. Treatment group hydrogen irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets： the control group alone irbesartan, record blood pressure observed clinical efficacy. Results Angiotensin II receptor blockers and diuretics used in combination can significantly enhance the efficacy of the two groups of patients treated for 4 weeks, eight weeks after the clinical treatment effects between the observation group and the control group, group total effective rate differences were statisticallysignificance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets treatment of primary hypertension security, effectively, no adverse reactions.
