基于AHP的营房工程建设项目军队代建人风险管理研究初探

本文根据当前军队营房工程建设管理现状以及军队各类工程建设项目原则上实行代建这一趋势,针对军队营房工程实施代建过程中对风险管理重视不够这一问题,尝试站在军队代建人的角度对实施代建过程中产生的风险进行识别,进而运用层次分析法进行评价,并提出应对措施,以期为军队营房工程建设项目实施代建中的风险管理提出一种新的研究思路。

Preliminary Study on Risk Management of Military Agents for Barracks Construction Projects Based on AHP

According to the current situation of military barracks construction management and construction projects,the trend of agent construction is carried out in principle in this paper.In view of the problem that the military camp construction has not paid enough attention to risk management in the process of agent construction,the test station will bring risk into the process of agent construction from the angle of agent construction of the army.In order to put forward a new research idea for risk management in construction of military barracks,AHP is used to evaluate the performance of the project and to propose the corresponding measures.
