| 摘 要： | 文章从三个方面分析了铁路工程项目管理过程中存在问题,主要包括项目管理体系不够完善,工程项目管理理念和工具落后,施工过程浪费现象严重。针对这些问题,提出应用精细化管理理念,并阐述了精细化管理的概念和深层次内涵。最后从组织保障、技术工具保障以及人力资源保障三个方面对铁路工程项目精细化管理的实施路径进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the problems existing in the management process of railway engineering projects from three aspects,mainly including the inadequate project management system,backward project management concepts and tools,and serious waste in the construction process.Aiming at these problems,the concept of applying refined management is put forward,and the concept and in-depth connotation of refined management are elaborated.Finally,the implementation path of fine management of railway engineering projects is analyzed from three aspects:organization guarantee,technical tool guarantee and human resource guarantee. |
