摘    要:随着我国企业生产能力的提升,生产标准的严格性和生产品类的多样性,使压力容器在企业生产实践中的应用范围越来越广泛。压力容器长期处于高压的密闭环境中,内存危险系数较高的内容物,因此,压力容器一旦发生泄漏、爆炸等安全事故,将会给人员安全、公私财产造成难以预估的危害。这就要求我们将企业安全生产落到实处,采取科学的无损检测方法对压力容器进行定期检验,确保生产实践中投入使用的压力容器始终处于最优的工作状态。

Abstract:With the improvement of the production capacity of Chinese enterprises,the strictness of production standards and the diversity of product categories make the application of pressure vessels in the production practice of enterprises more and more extensive.The pressure vessel has been in a high-pressure closed environment for a long time,and has a high content of dangerous factors.Therefore,if a pressure vessel leaks or explodes,it will cause unpredictable harm to personnel safety,public and private property.This requires us to implement the company's safe production and adopt scientific non-destructive testing methods to carry out regular inspections of pressure vessels to ensure that the pressure vessels put into use in production practice are always in the optimal working state.
