| 摘 要： | 根据我国PPP项目的现状,引入一种新的管理模式——基于KanBIM的IPD管理模式。通过研究精益建造四个关键技术(并行工程、拉动式JIT、价值管理和团队合作)与BIM技术交互使用,得出精益建造与BIM是相互促进的,探索IPD与PPP结合的契机,得出基于KanBIM的IPD模式应用于PPP项目具有一定优势,两者的发展是相互促进。

| Abstract: | According to the current situation of China's PPP projects,a new management mode is introduced,the IPD management mode based on KanBIM.By studying the interactive use of four key technologies of Lean Construction(concurrent engineering,pull JIT,value management,and teamwork)and BIM technology,it is concluded that Lean Construction and BIM are mutually reinforcing.By exploring the opportunity of combining IPD and PPP,it is concluded that KanBIM's IPD model has certain advantages when applied to PPP projects,and the development of the two is mutually reinforcing. |
