试论生态水利工程规划设计中的难点及对策

改革开放以来,我国经济增长速度屡创新高,我国已一跃成为世界第二大经济体,但经济高速发展的背后却接踵而来了环境污染问题,对此,提出节约资源和保护环境的基本国策,实现国民经济的可持续发展和人类社会的长远发展。首先以生态水利工程的研究背景,并且阐述了生态水利工程和水利工程两者的关系;最后结合笔者自身实践经验以及相关文献资料,针对性地提出改善生态水利工程规划设计的对策,促进我国水利工程建设的科学发展。

On the Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Planning and Design of Ecological Water Conservancy Projects

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has grown rapidly,and China has leapt to become the world's second largest economy.However,behind the rapid economic development,environmental pollution problems have followed.To this end,the basic national policy of saving resources and protecting the environment is put forward to achieve sustainable development of the national economy and long-term development of human society.Firstly,based on the research background of ecological water conservancy engineering,the relationship between ecological water conservancy engineering and water conservancy engineering is expounded.Then combined with the author's own practical experience and related literature,it puts forward countermeasures to improve the planning and design of ecological water conservancy projects and promotes the scientific development of water conservancy projects in China.
