合同模式差异对核电项目造价管理的影响与应对措施探析

摘    要:工程项目建设各方通过合同对各自管理职责、权限、范围、方式、费用等相关内容进行约定,核电工程项目按照自身特点常选择采用EPC、PMC等合同模式;不同合同模式下的造价管理存在显著差异,本文结合某核电项目案例,分析指出各方在不同合同模式下组织机构职责、业务量与人员配置、造价管理方式等方面的具体差异,提出与合同模式相适应的造价管理建议,以促进项目成本管控,减少各方争议,达成造价管理目标。

Abstract:All parties involved in the construction of a project agree on their management responsibilities,authorities,scope,methods,and costs through contracts.Nuclear power engineering projects often choose contract models such as EPC and PMC according to their own characteristics;there are significant differences in cost management under different contract models.Based on the case of a nuclear power project,this paper analyzes and points out the specific differences in the responsibilities,business volume,staffing,and cost management methods of various parties under different contract models,and proposes cost management recommendations that are compatible with the contract model to promote project cost management and control,reduce disputes among parties,and achieve cost management goals.
