摘    要:随着市场环境变化,企业间竞争日趋激烈,传统电力企业发展面临严峻挑战。绩效管理作为企业管理的重要组成直接影响着企业战略目标的实现,传统电力企业的绩效考核仍然存在不足。积分制考核作为一种较为独特且具有时效性的绩效考核方法,有助于推动企业绩效管理效率的提升,推行基于OKR的积分制考核,量化管理人员绩效考核,促使企业目标和员工个人目标协调统一,有助于企业的长期发展。

Abstract:With the changes in the market environment,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the development of traditional power companies is facing severe challenges.Performance management,as an important component of enterprise management,directly affects the achievement of corporate strategic goals.The performance evaluation of traditional power companies still has shortcomings.As a more unique and time-effective performance evaluation method,the points system evaluation helps to promote the improvement of corporate performance management efficiency.To implement the OKR-based points system evaluation,quantifies the performance evaluation of managers,and promote the coordination of corporate goals and personal goals of employees helps the long-term development of the enterprise.
