可持续人力资源管理在三重底线下的影响

摘    要:随着时代的进步,人们的意识大幅度提升,更多的利益相关者开始要求企业注重经济与环境、社会的统一发展,不仅仅将经济效应视为唯一目标。从可持续人力资源管理入手,以三重底线为原则,注重多方面发展,从而使得企业在市场上有更大的发展空间。本文主要基于三重底线思想,提出影响人力资源管理活动的21项指标,运用模糊决策实验室分析法,对21项指标进行定量分析,探讨了影响人力资源管理的影响因素,为人力资源管理方法和活动的优化提供依据。

Abstract:With the progress of the times,people's consciousness has greatly increased,and more stakeholders have begun to demand that companies pay attention to the unified development of the economy,environment and society,and can not only treat economic effects as the sole goal.Starting from sustainable human resource management,based on the principle of triple bottom line,this paper focuses on multi-faceted development,so that companies have more space for development in the market.Based on the triple bottom line,this paper proposes 21 indicators that affect human resource management activities,uses fuzzy decision-making laboratory analysis to quantitatively analyze 21 indicators,and discusses the influencing factors that affect human resource management to provide basis for the human resource management methods and activity optimization.
