浅谈铁路工程施工内业资料的编制与管理

随着经济的不断发展,铁路工程项目日益激增,人们对铁路工程质量的要求也越来越高,越来越严格,而铁路工程施工内业资料的规范编制、有效管理也能为铁路项目的正常开展提供保障。据此,本文结合所在西成高铁(四川段)第四标段项目经理部工程管理部门内业主管一职的工作,先是分析了铁路工程项目内业资料编制与管理过程当中存在的问题,然后着重探讨了其解决对策,供相关技术人员参考。

With the continuous development of the economy,the number of railway engineering projects is increasing rapidly,and people's requirements for the quality of railway engineering are becoming higher and stricter,and the standardized preparation and effective management of railway engineering construction industry data can also provide guarantee for the normal development of the railway project.Based on this,this article,combining the work of the owner of the project management department of the project manager department of the fourth tender section of the Xicheng High Speed Rail(Sichuan Section),firstly analyzes the problems in the compilation and management of the industry information of the railway engineering project,and then focuses on the countermeasures to provide reference for related technicians.
