At present,the design level of bridges,especially the continuous rigid frame bridges in the world's major countries is relatively high,but there are many differences in the concept of bridge design in each country.This article mainly introduces the differences in the design of continuous rigid frame bridges in China,France,the United States,and Japan through comparison in side-to-span ratio,beam height,and closure section design,sums up the advantages and disadvantages,to provide design ideas and suggestions for bridge design engineers,and strive for China's early realization of the"Bridge Power Dream".
