论贵阳市白云区酒店的网络营销策略

摘    要:CNNIC发布第42、43、44次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》中手机网民规模分别达7.88亿、8.17亿、8.47亿,逐年增长的数据说明消费者购买更多通过手机完成。在O2O时代,面临网络中间商高用户黏性而顾客对酒店低忠诚度、单体酒店不易进入搜索排名、网络营销效果不佳等问题,对贵阳市白云区20家酒店和民宿进行调研为其网络营销出谋划策。

Abstract:The number of mobile Internet users in the 42nd,43rd and 44th Statistical Report on the Development of the Internet in China released by CNNIC reached 788 million,817 million,and 847 million respectively.The year-on-year growth data shows that consumers are buying more through their mobile phones.In the O2O era,facing the problems of high user stickiness among network intermediaries,low customer loyalty to hotels,difficult access to search rankings by individual hotels and poor Internet marketing,etc.,a survey was conducted on 20 hotels and guest houses in Baiyun District,Guiyang to provide suggestions for network marketing.
