基于层次分析法(AHP)的旅游业组织的全球化程度研究

摘    要:随着经济全球化的发展,许多企业制定了全球化战略。人们的消费也越来越国际化,作为消费较大的产业旅游业而言,旅游全球化程度极为显著,为研究旅游产业的全球化程度,本文基于层次分析法(AHP)对全球知名公司GREY&Company公司、BUTTERFIELD&ROBINSON公司,ARTISANS OF LEISURE公司等进行全球化程度分析,选取的判断准则层指标包括决断性、未来导向、组织内部性别差异、不确定性规避、权力距离、个人主义与集体主义、小群体主义、绩效导向、个性导向等九个方面,研究结果表明GREY&Company的全球化程度较高,其发展趋势相对于其他旅游企业发展较快,研究成果对国内的旅游业公司是否应该全球化提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:With the development of economic globalization,many companies have formulated globalization strategies.People's consumption is also becoming more and more international.As an industry with large consumption,tourism globalization is extremely significant.In order to study the globalization of the tourism industry,this paper analyzes the globalization of global well-known companies such as GREY&Company,BUTTERFIELD&ROBINSON,ARTISANS OF LEISURE,etc.based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The selected judgement criteria indicators include nine aspects such as determination,future orientation,internal gender differences,uncertainty avoidance,power distance,individualism and collectivism,small groupism,performance orientation,and personality orientation.The degree of globalization is relatively high,and its development trend is relatively fast compared with other tourism enterprises.The research results provide a certain reference for whether domestic tourism companies should be globalized.
